Why does “Any Video Converter” say this?! HELP ANYONE?
im trying to convert an audio file’s codec so it can be supported, but it an error keeps coming up that says “Cannot get media information on video file C:users?chelseahenry?media?kay.wpl, insert failed!” why does it say that and how do i fix it?
