Why Can’t I Upload My Sims ?
whenever i go to body shop and try to upload my sim on thesims2.ea.com , i make sure that i put in my right log in information and it says
Connection Attempt Failed
Error Code : 5
Transaction ID : 2996648737
but it’s a different ID each time . help ?

There’s an Error Code 5 patch here:
This patch fixes the “Error Code 5″ message that users receive when attempting to upload content to the Exchange.
To install the patch:
- Download the patch to your desktop
- Make sure you are not running the game
- Double-click the .exe file. You will see a black window appear briefly. When it disappears, the patch is now installed.
